The AMSS 8-Step Process:
- We work with you to assess your needs and rewrite a job description that we can effectively recruit with, including salary ranges.
- We get to work recruiting on your behalf looking for all options and available resources.
- Once a candidate has been identified we pretest with our own custom technical skills test.
- If the candidate meets the minimum skills requirements, we then utilize actual technical resources to screen each candidate to thoroughly vet them.
- You will have an opportunity to phone screen them as well to get a sense of personality fit.
- We then bring the candidate on site for a facility tour and setting a start date.
- Resource starts work. Submits timesheets for approval, we submit an invoice.
- If conversion is desirable there will a fee associated with the resource’s salary. If the candidate is on contract for longer than 6 months no conversion fee will be assessed.
